A Change Is Gunna Come

On November 30th, I am going to embark on a journey of self discovery, wellness, and discipline. I am starting my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. I am nervous, and scared. Terrified actually lol Only because I know that this process is going to make me get down and dirty with myself, and look all of my bullshit square in the face and deal. With. It.

But I’m ready. As part of the process, I am also clearing my physical, mental, and emotional space in order to fully allow this process to unfold.

  1. I will only eat and drink clean. No processed foods. No booze. Limited sugar.
  2. I’m going on social media hiatus. For 6 damn months. 😭😭I’m not deactivating my pages, but I won’t be posting or engaging outside of blog posts that I plan on writing to document my journey.
  3. I’m cutting of people and letting go of things that no longer serve me.

This is not part of the requirement for training, but I feel like it’s necessary to really reallllly get all I can get from this experience. I plan on sharing some of my experiences via my blog, and I hope you’ll come along for the ride!

  3. How do I make sure not to
miss your blog posts? Will they still post to your FB page or do I need to look somewhere else? I’m technologically challenged and my phone is weird so I’m wary of having to add any new apps!!
